Summer Fun: Week 4

Last week was a little more quiet than weeks before. I had scheduled so much in earlier weeks that we had been going and going and were exhausted. We spent one afternoon at the pool and another afternoon at the movie and another at the water park with friends.

Really, we were just getting ourselves prepared for the long weekend celebrating the 4th of July with family at the lake...

riding the jetskis...

learning to waterski...

boating... and grandpa let the girls drive...

we even got in the lake for a swim...

making sand castles with daddy's help... and we buried Shannon too...

hanging out as a family... and catching a little snooze...

and ending with fireworks... and some sparklers for the girls!

What a GREAT weekend! We had such a fun time! Happy 4th of July!!!
